Client in the Medical / Healthcare Sector seeks a Dynamic Business Development Manager with Hospital Management experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive growth and establish new business opportunities.
- Understand the business and provide creative solutions considering all stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategy to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support decision making.
- Interface and establish key relationships with stakeholders.
- Project manage complex projects.
- Coaching and mentoring to develop people.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions addressing client requirements.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients.
- Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and timely.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, product development, operations—ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- A relevant B-degree in Nursing / Healthcare Administration or Business Management or equivalent.
- A medical degree or relevant clinical experience is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' management experience.
- Hospital Management experience is essential.
- Willing to travel.
