Our client, a leading international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) – BPO Solutions to spearhead international growth, engage global executives, and position the business as the premier outsourcing partner for multinational corporations and high-growth enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

International Growth & Expansion

  • Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy targeting enterprises in the USA, UK, and EU.
  • Identify high-value outsourcing opportunities and secure contracts with international companies and fast-growing startups.
  • Collaborate with the CEO & Executive Committee to define the company’s expansion roadmap, revenue objectives, and market positioning.

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Engage C-suite executives and decision-makers to position the business as a strategic outsourcing partner.
  • Build partnerships with Private Equity (PE) firms, VC-backed startups, and multinational corporations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
  • Represent the company at global outsourcing conferences, trade shows, and industry summits.

Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership

  • Establish the company as a leader in customer service, multilingual support, and outsourcing innovation.
  • Drive PR, content strategy, and digital marketing to expand market visibility.
  • Develop thought leadership initiatives including articles, speaking engagements, and panel participation.

Revenue & Profitability Leadership

  • Own the global revenue and growth P&L, ensuring profitability and scalability.
  • Build predictable sales pipelines using data-driven strategies, automation, and AI-powered lead generation.
  • Optimise sales processes and analytics through CRM and sales automation.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and Technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee contract execution and ensure exceptional client service.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in BPO, RPO, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development.

  • Proven track record of international sales and market expansion across North America, the UK, and Europe.

  • Experience closing multi-million-rand outsourcing contracts.

  • Strong network and experience working with international companies, high-growth startups, or PE/VC-backed firms.

  • Extensive C-suite engagement, exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Expertise in CRM, sales automation, and analytics.

  • No criminal record.
