Our IT Consulting client is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Managers with 5-7 years of experience to play a vital role in driving our growth in South Africa and beyond. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for developing strong client relationships, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients and develop business across South Africa and into Africa.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored IT solutions.
  • Propagate the company’s design thinking approach and promote our UX labs.
  • Lead client proposals and close deals in Financial Services, , Manufacturing, and Health Care sectors.
  • Strengthen relationships with C-Level executives, solution partners, and product managers to deliver outstanding IT solutions and services.
  • Degree compulsory
  • Proven track record in IT solutions sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly at the C-level.
  • Strong market intelligence and the ability to foster relationships with new and existing clients.
