Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities across our diverse income streams, which include Growth Consulting, Strategic Partnership Sourcing, Marketing Initiatives for Impact Ventures, and Thought Leadership & Speaking Opportunities. The Business Developer will focus on generating new leads, building meaningful partnerships, and expanding our market reach—while embodying our ethos of growth, impact, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries and offerings.
  • Build strategic relationships with organizations, thought leaders, and potential partners.
  • Develop tailored pitches and proposals that align with client needs.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with the Founder and wider team to design and refine growth strategies.
  • Represent The Growth Age at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
