About Us

We are a UK-based cleaning company, specialising in Residential and end-of-tenancy services. Our focus is on delivering exceptional cleaning solutions with a customer-first approach. We’re looking for a vibrant and results‑driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base by converting warm leads into loyal customers.

This role suits someone who thrives in a B2C environment, has remote sales experience, and ideally has worked within the cleaning industry. You’ll need to be organised, resilient, and confident in handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximise commission earnings.

Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a strong record of closing deals.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong self‑management skills.
Personal Equipment
  • Laptop with minimum 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5 processor, Windows 11, and 250GB SSD or better.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet and backup solutions for power interruptions.
  • Excellent people skills and a proactive approach to solving customer issues.
  • Able to stay calm and focused under pressure, and handle rejection professionally.
  • Demonstrated success in phone‑based sales, including meeting quotas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track performance.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage complaints effectively.
