Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition : Identify, approach, and secure new consulting clients—medium to large organizations looking to enter or expand in Africa.
  • Pipeline Development : Build and manage a robust sales funnel with accurate forecasting.
  • Partnership Building : Forge alliances with investors, venture capitalists, industry associations, and chambers of commerce.
  • Proposal Development : Collaborate with FBC consultants to craft tailored proposals and RFP responses.
  • Market Intelligence : Track trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine our go-to-market strategy.
  • Brand Representation : Represent FBC at high-level networking events, conferences, and investor forums.
Education & Background

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics , or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an advantage).

3–5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—ideally in professional services or consulting.

Proven success selling intangible, high-value services with long sales cycles.
