Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and performance reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company objectives.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, ideally within the mobile / tech or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer‑driven strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
