  • Well-networked with direct HNWI & family office access.

  • Build referral pipelines with lawyers, fiduciaries, accountants, and private bankers.

Business Development Manager(Ideally in Mauritius but flexible towards South Africa)This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on sourcing new relationships and bringing in fresh AUM.

With the backing of a multi-jurisdictional platform (Mauritius, Dubai, Singapore, Cape Town, London), you'll have the resources and leadership support to deliver real impact.

What you'll do
  • Source and secure new relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and corporates
  • Build referral pipelines with lawyers, fiduciaries, accountants, and private bankers
  • Proactively generate new AUM through consistent client acquisition
  • Travel regionally and internationally to open new markets
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years in Wealth Management, Fund Management, Private Banking, or Family Office
