We’re looking for a vibrant and results‑driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base by converting warm leads into loyal customers.
This role suits someone who thrives in a B2C environment, has remote sales experience, and ideally has worked within the cleaning industry. You’ll need to be organised, resilient, and confident in handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
 
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
 
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions.
 
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximise commission earnings.
 
What We Offer
- On‑target earnings of R25,000 / month (R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission).

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales, with a strong record of closing deals.
 
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
 
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
 
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong self‑management skills.
 
Personal Equipment
- Laptop with minimum 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5 processor, Windows 11, and 250GB SSD or better.
 
- Reliable high‑speed internet and backup solutions for power interruptions.
 
- Excellent people skills and a proactive approach to solving customer issues.
 
- Able to stay calm and focused under pressure, and handle rejection professionally.
 
- Demonstrated success in phone‑based sales, including meeting quotas.
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track performance.
 
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage complaints effectively.
