A fast-growing Tech Platform in Joburg seeks a dynamic, sharp, and solutions-oriented Business Development Lead to join its team and help grow the companys footprint across South Africa (and beyond). You will own the Sales cycle from first touch to signed agreement and onboarding handover, identify and pursue new business opportunities while pitching and demonstrating value proposition how tech solves real problems and creates business efficiency. You will require 3+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development - preferably in SaaS, Logistics, or Tech, a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals with familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and sales outreach tools.
