Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow courier and road freight sales
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
  • Understand client logistics needs and propose bespoke transport solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within courier, transport, or logistics
