Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CCTV and access control security market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company's footprint in South Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, contractors, and consultants.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution design and delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the CCTV, access control, or electronic security industry.
  • Strong understanding of security systems, technologies, and integration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently.
