SUMMARY : Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team in Boksburg

Are you a results-driven sales and relationship guru with a passion for transforming client needs into tailored staffing solutions? We’re building South Africa’s next-generation labour outsourcing powerhouse, and we need a Business Development Executive to drive growth, expand our footprint, and shape how organisations source and manage their workforce.
Responsibilities
- Business development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within transport, warehousing, manufacturing and related industries
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with , Operations and Procurement teams
- Develop tailored proposals, pricing models and contract structures based on client requirements and risk profiles
- Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Compliance, Operations, OL divisions) to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding service
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and networking forums
- Market penetration
- Meet customer service delivery targets and KPI’s.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Manage monthly billing of customers.
- Reporting on performance in daily / monthly meetings.
- Understand and maintain customer SOP’s and SLA’s.
- Maintain CRM records
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Matric a bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Supply Chain, or related); MBA or postgraduate qualification a plus.
- 5+ years’ B2B sales experience, ideally within Labour outsourcing, staffing, or supply chain services.
- Proven track record of closing deals from lead generation through to contract signature.
- Deep understanding of South African Labour legislation and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to craft competitive pricing and service models.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to get stuck into all aspects of a growing business .
- Computer literate.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work outside of normal operating hours.
- Willing to work away from your Home Depot when required.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision.
- Code 8 drivers license with own vehicle.
