Position
  • Business Development Executive
  • Location: Redditch, Worcester and Bromsgrove Areas
  • Company: Lyreco
  • Division: Small to Medium Business (SMB) Sales Division
  • Field Based
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

We are on a mission to expand our product offerings, and we need a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our SMB Sales Division, focusing on the Redditch, Worcester and Bromsgrove Areas.

Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, expanding existing business relationships, and securing new business opportunities. In return you will receive a salary: £28k‑£32k per annum (+ commission OTE £18k per annum), + company car, laptop, mobile phone.

What you will be doing as a Business Development Executive
  • Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory area.
  • Foster new relationships with prospective customers through various communication channels, building enduring connections.
  • Enjoy the luxury of remote work, eliminating the need for a daily office commute.
  • Your focus will be on customer‑facing interactions, such as cold calling or visiting existing clients.
