Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by sourcing new clients, liaising with existing customers, generating new business to ensure company longevity.
- Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development – Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
- Market research – Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation – Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal sales teams, including marketing and product development teams, to align strategies and enhance service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Personal Characteristics / Other Requirements
- Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent.
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales or related field is essential, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
