Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by sourcing new clients, liaising with existing customers, generating new business to ensure company longevity.
  • Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development – Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
  • Market research – Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation – Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal sales teams, including marketing and product development teams, to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
