About the job Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development /Sales Executivein the IT / Tech / Fintechindustry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell IT products/services (e.g., software, hardware, etc.).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT or technology sales (software, hardware, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
