Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR at Blacksmith, you will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, while presenting Blacksmith Agency’s value to potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to achieve volume targets while maintaining high touch

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or equivalent
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
