Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa. You’ll own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking qualified meetings—to create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This full-time remote role requires outbound outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce. You’ll craft personalized sequences, maintain your own pipeline, and collaborate with the sales team to drive

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
