We are seeking a seasoned, self‑driven Business Development Consultant (BDC) to architect our growth by securing new anchor clients and forging strategic market partnerships.

Role: Forge Strategic Partnerships, Drive Revenue

The BDC will be responsible for the entire acquisition lifecycle of large, strategic accounts that fit our specialised profile.

Targeted Market Penetration: Strategically identifying and penetrating new sectors or client groups where our specific expertise is most valuable.

C‑Suite Cultivation: Establishing and nurturing relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers at target organisations.

Value Proposition Leadership: Articulating our complex service offerings (Operational Strategy, Procurement, BBBEE, and Training) into clear, compelling, and relevant business outcomes tailored to the prospect's strategic needs.

Pipeline Autonomy: Managing a high‑value pipeline independently, requiring minimal supervision and maximum accountability.

Compensation Strictly Performance‑Based (% Commission).

  • Consulting Sales Experience: Minimum 7+ years of verifiable experience with a direct, successful track record of selling consulting services in areas such as operational efficiency, procurement, or regulatory strategy to corporate clients.
  • Working Knowledge of Business Operations: A solid, practical understanding of core business functions (including Operations, Supply Chain, and HR / Compliance) that allows you to engage credibly with and scope solutions related to our key services (Operational Strategy, Procurement, BBBEE, and Training).
  • Network: An existing, credible network of senior decision‑makers.
  • Autonomy & Confidence: Proven ability to work independently, manage a high‑value pipeline, and meet aggressive targets without requiring daily management.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills—you must be able to command a room with confidence and clarity.
