Prospecting and cold calling to open doors and build a healthy pipeline
Managing and tracking outreach in the CRM, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
Providing day-to-day sales support across the team and jumping in where needed
Representing the brand with confidence and care—on calls, over email and in meetings
Contributing to a growing organisation and helping shape scalable sales habits and processes
Experience working with people—background in sales or customer service is required
Confident on the phone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic IT literacy; CRM experience is a plus
