Bidvest Life is seeking a dynamic sales professional for a remote role in Gauteng to increase broker sales and retention. You will build strong relationships with Financial Advisers, deliver exceptional client service, and apply technical knowledge to expand the adviser panel.

In this remote position, you will drive sales targets, provide product training, and support advisers through the sales process while staying informed about market developments and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry knowledge is preferred.
• CFP/RE1/RE5 or related qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by building relationships with Financial Advisers.
• Identify new potential Financial Advisers and growth opportunities.
• Provide technical training and product support to Advisers.
• Facilitate the sales process ensuring correct channels.
• Participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build and sustain profitability in advisers' businesses.
• Stay updated on competitor products and market developments.
• Review pipeline, follow up, and track conversions.
• Give regular one-on-one and group presentations.
• Strong telephone manner for successful cold calls.
• Attend regional Adviser meetings and present Bidvest Life strategy.
