Our core offering is a recurring, high‑ticket marketing and web retainer that gives clients ongoing access to a team of designers, developers, and marketers — all under one partnership.

The Mission:

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative / Business Developer to help us expand our client base and close long‑term partnerships. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and selling our monthly retainer services to businesses that value quality design, strong web presence, and consistent marketing support.

Compensation:

This is a commission‑based position with high earnings potential. Each successful deal yields a significant one‑time commission plus residuals for ongoing retainers. There is no cap on earnings — the more you sell, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and understand their design, web, and marketing needs
  • Present our studio’s service offering and demonstrate value in a recurring retainer model
  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales scripts, outreach strategies, and closing techniques
The ideal candidate has:
  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skill
  • sExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilitie
  • sAnalytical skills for identifying trends, evaluating opportunities, and developing strategic insight
  • sProficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software is a plu
