Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Internationally recognized professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.

Experience:

• 10 years global accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial role.
• Big 4 work experience (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG) is highly desirable.
• Experience operating in the EMEA region, particularly in South Africa, Ghana and African Countries.
• Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements in South Africa

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion).
• Advanced financial modelling, scenario analysis, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, or other relevant accounting standards.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
