Qualifications and Experience required

• 5 to 8 years of experience in medium to complex system development projects, ideally in financial services or insurance.
• A Commerce or IT‑related undergraduate degree (e.g., B.Com Information Systems, BBusSc Information Systems) or an equivalent IT diploma.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven tools and technologies is a plus.
• Experience in project management or leading agile teams is a plus.
• Able to conceptualise the bigger picture and translate complex ideas into simple, actionable business language.
• A critical thinker with proven problem‑solving skills.
• Skilled at designing and executing solution approaches to solve business problems and tracking progress against a plan.
• Hands‑on experience with technical scripting or configuration, such as SQL or low‑code programming tools.
• Has a solid understanding of technology and delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated depth in Business Analysis, including: Scoping, planning and estimating delivery strategies for own or team deliverables across the SDLC.
• Effective risk and issue management for individual or team deliverables.
• Proven leadership experience, with accountability for project outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including identifying, analyzing, and addressing their roles, influence, and impact on delivery.
