Please note: Experience in the fintech, payments, or digital financial services industry is non-negotiable for this role.

You will play a central role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide the development of critical payment solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, system, and reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and groom the product backlog
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs
• Maintain BA documentation throughout project lifecycles
• Continuously improve analysis frameworks, templates, and processes

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis , Information Systems , or a related discipline
• 58 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role
• Fintech, payments, or financial services industry experience is essential (non-negotiable)
• Proficient with Jira , Confluence , Draw.io , Visio, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation, process mapping, and analytical skills
• Fluent in business English ; additional languages are advantageous
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
