What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will :
- Analyse Business Needs: Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Design Solutions: Collaborate with IT architects and vendors to define system architecture and functional specifications.
- Test & Validate: Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Deliver Projects: Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles from initiation and planning to implementation and handover.
- Drive Change: Facilitate workshops, present proposals to senior leadership, and lead digital transformation efforts.
- Lead Teams: Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams and ensure effective self‑management and teamwork.
