Responsibilities

• Design and creating specifications as requested by the sales and account management team.
• Collaborate with managers and consultants to document business processes.
• Ensure infrastructure documents, manuals and policy materials are up to date.
• Develop functional system requirements to improve performance and interfaces.
• Record and report requirements using standard templates and manage traceability.
• Contribute to test planning and test script development; assist in test execution.
• Create training materials and conduct client training.
• Develop automated functional and regression testing tools.
