Job Requirements

• Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability, as demonstrated by relevant experience and / or a bachelor's / master"s Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution.
• Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Adaptable to a dynamic project portfolio, able to work across teams and functions.
• A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
