Job description

We’re seeking a capable and confident Business Analyst to join our operations in South Africa on a contract or fixed-term basis, helping shape and improve the way we work across the Company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to contribute to real transformation, mapping current and future business processes, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet the needs of the business from start to finish.

Summary

You’ll play a key role in documenting and improving business processes, gathering and validating requirements, and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. From facilitating workshops to guiding user acceptance testing, your work will help ensure successful, user-focused outcomes.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially those confident recommending and developing low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps.

Principle Accountabilities

• Map and analyse existing ('as-is') and future ('to-be') processes
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Support test case creation and user acceptance testing
• Contribute to rollout and adoption planning
• Produce clear, structured documentation for various audiences
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, infrastructure and business teams
• Identify opportunities for improvement using M365 and Power Platform toolsEnsure alignment with data protection standards and project objectives

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confident working independently and collaboratively
• Familiar with business process modelling and change management principles
• Comfortable working with M365 tools, especially Power Apps
• Adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented
