Duties & Responsibilities

ENVIRONMENT

A leading retailer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead the process mapping of its internal systems on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract basis. This critical role focuses on understanding documenting and optimising business processes across all functions of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG warehouse e-commerce and retail operations along with experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations.

DUTIES

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping of ERP and related systems workflows.
• Document current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and validate process flows.
• Develop detailed process maps using tools such as Visio Lucidchart or BPMN.
• Ensure alignment between business operations and system capabilities.
• Provide input into system enhancements and integration opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping
• Strong understanding of FMCG warehouse ecommerce and retail operations.
• Experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Be willing to travel nationally to warehouses and retail stores.
