Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a hybrid work model. This is an excellent opportunity to coordinate critical business analysis activities and act as the vital bridge between business strategy and successful software solutions. It’s a contract.

Purpose of the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating all business analysis activities, translating high-level business process understanding and requirements into detailed specifications, and ensuring the successful development of software solutions that effectively meet the organization's strategic needs.

Experience
  • Requirements Elicitation: Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and define clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Documentation: Create structured documentation (e.g., Use Cases, User Stories) to accurately capture all project requirements.
  • Process Analysis: Map and analyze "As-Is" business processes and design efficient "To-Be" processes.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary communication bridge between business users, IT developers, and external parties.
  • Requirements Validation: Validate requirements with stakeholders, manage scope changes, and secure formal sign-offs.
  • Solution Input: Contribute to the technical design to ensure solutions meet documented business needs.
  • Testing Support: Collaborate with QA/Testing teams to define test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Implementation Support: Assist with training, user documentation, and post-implementation resolution of issues.
Qualification
  • Qualification: IT-related qualification (Essential).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated Business Analysis experience (Essential).
