About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Service Management team within the Technology Services division. The role is focused on supporting IT and Service Management Initiatives, with responsibilities including requirements elicitation, documentation, process flow design, and test case creation. This role is critical for maintaining and enhancing our system, ensuring seamless stakeholder management, and driving complex projects to successful completion. This role requires a skilled professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in IT, service desk, or financial environments.
  • Self-starter mentality—able to pick up new domains and drive outcomes independently.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in business process optimization, requirements solicitation, and test case management.
  • Project management background is highly valued.
  • Ability to mentor and coach, fostering growth in others
  • Flexibility to understand both business and technical aspects, with a focus on the technical side
What You'll do
  • Lead requirements gathering for complex IT and service management projects, translating business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Design andoptimize end-to-end process flows that align with strategic goals and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with development and system analyst teams, influencing technical solutions with business acumen.
  • Own test case creation and drive user acceptance sign-off with business stakeholders.
  • Apply project management skills to prioritize, rate, and manage requirements through delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced BAs and technical team members.
  • Create andmaintain detailed documentation including business cases, user stories, and functional specs.
  • Advocate for user-centric design and incorporate feedback loops into solution development.
  • Drive change management initiatives including training, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation
