As aBusiness / Systems Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology for aUS-based fintechwith clients acrossAfrica, the Americas, Europe, and Asia.You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to understand business needs, explore possibilities, and help design scalable, intelligent solutions for a global working-capital platform.This is not a role for note-takers.

It's for someone who lovesideation, problem solving, and creative solution designin a fast-paced,AI-firstenvironment.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst (preferably in fintech, lending, or credit systems).

Strong ability to bridge business and technical discussions , with a knack for simplifying complexity.

Experience with APIs and cloud architecture (Azure preferred).

Strong UX / CX awareness with experience in rapid prototyping and user journey designfortable in client-facing roles and able to lead workshops to explore and refine requirements.

Confident in creating structured documentation but not stuck in structure, able to pivot quickly when ideas evolve.

Experience with prototyping, workflow tools, and low-fidelity design for fast iteration.

Naturally curious, proactive, and driven by an AI-first mindset that looks for smarter ways to solve problemsfortable working independently but also great in a team setting.
