We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Mobile Apps tailored to e‑commerce and trade sales environments. This role will enhance our ERP capabilities to meet complex operational requirements such as purchase order processing, warehouse management, stock checking, delivery management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the in‑house subject matter expert for Mobile Apps and e‑commerce. Develop deep understanding of Klipboard’s products and configure them to deliver maximum value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, UX/UI designers and developers to translate customer requirements into product features and enhancements.
• Document functional and technical requirements in detail to guide development teams.
• Partner with product owners to validate solution designs and ensure compatibility with trade and e‑commerce needs. Contribute to ERP enhancements that streamline B2B and B2C workflows.
• Lead UAT activities, designing scenarios that cover end‑to‑end lifecycles – purchase receipts, stock checks, delivery, and warehouse management – and confirm system readiness.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Analytical and problem‑solving: advanced analytical skills, data interpretation and trend analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communication and influence: clear communication of complex requirements to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, building consensus and influencing decision‑makers.
• Agile and product development: experience in Agile environments, iterative development, adaptable to evolving requirements and e‑commerce trends.
• Process modelling: mapping end‑to‑end workflows for multi‑channel sales, customer‑specific pricing and complex purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, e‑commerce, operations or related field. Advanced qualifications in e‑commerce or trade operations are advantageous.
• Professional experience: Minimum 5 years in a business analysis role with significant experience in trade and e‑commerce processes. ERP experience highly desirable.
• Certifications: Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) and relevant e‑commerce or trade management certifications are advantageous.
