A consulting firm in Pretoria is seeking a Business Process Management Consultant for a temporary position. Analyse current business processes and identify gapsLead client sessions to map current processes down to L5 (SOPS)Lead client sessions to identify areas for improvement and optimisation and map proposed processes down to L5 (SOPS)Document processes in VisioDevelop implementation plans
Hons Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Business Process Management, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years management consulting experience in business process mapping, analysis and optimisation
Proficiency in business process mapping methodologiesLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher BPM or Business Process Management certificationProficiency in all MS Office packagesReport writing Ability to document processes in Visio Ability to facilitate group sessionsAbility to make presentations at all levels in an organisation
