A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis are required. The role offers a competitive remuneration of 700-750k annual CTC.

Job description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic insights, supporting data driven decision-making, and enabling profitable growth. Strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration a MUST to optimize business performance and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales, margin, pricing, customer, and product data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, financial models, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and trends.
  • Conduct variance analysis (e.g., volume/price/mix) and profitability assessments by product, channel, or customer.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes with detailed financial and commercial inputs.
  • Partner with commercial, finance, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate business cases, promotional activities, and investment returns.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Prepare and present insightful reports, recommendations, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Assist with pricing strategy reviews and customer contract analysis.
  • Monitor competitor and market trends to support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality, tools, and reporting processes.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (Honors or Master’s advantageous).
  • 3–6 years’ experience in a commercial or financial analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and commercial analytics.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
  • Experience working with large datasets and using tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel Power Query is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of commercial drivers.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

Remuneration: 700-750k annual CTC.
