Lead a team of Business Analysts and QA Specialists, ensuring clarity of scope, delivery discipline, and alignment with business objectives.
Function as a bridge between strategy and execution, confirming that initiatives are well-planned, effectively governed, and deliver measurable impact across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and QA specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from requirements gathering through to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to governance standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable project plans.
- Ensure business requirements are accurately defined, documented, and prioritised.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and leadership.
- Provide regular project reporting and performance insights to the PMO and executive team.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in both Business Analysis and Project Management.
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery outcomes.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and business analysis frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CBAP, AgilePM) are desirable.
