  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, controls, and workarounds to facilitate transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Analyse business processes, data flows, and system functionality meticulously to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements by engaging with stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Contribute to data analysis by identifying trends, patterns, and potential issues that may impact regulatory reporting outcomes.
