What you will be doing :
  • Collaborate with Functional Owners to understand functional areas, supporting functionality, and code at a high level.
  • Present functional capabilities to broader teams alongside Functional Owners, while also supporting and training CSMs on system functionality and configuration.
  • Take ownership of system configuration in collaboration with Functional Owners and CSMs.
  • Review and assess tasks involving changes, new setups, or potential upstream / downstream impacts; validate bug fixes and collaborate with Technical Architect and Functional Owners.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design business solutions, create Solution Design Documents, and address solution gaps based on unique client requirements.
  • Proactively identify, recommend and contribute to enhancements for the platform roadmap.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, developments, and trends to ensure continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and collaborate regularly with internal and client testing / regression teams.
What our client is looking for :
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial
  • Previous experience working in a similar position, particularly in Insurance.
  • Proficiency in composing requirement specifications for information systems.
  • Ability to possess the end-to-end of the development lifecycle, including testing and training.
  • Familiarity with UML terminology, particularly in relation to use-cases and activity diagrams.
