A consulting firm in South Africa is seeking a Business Analyst to identify and assess current business processes, develop a comprehensive process map, and provide recommendations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Business Analysis and relevant enterprise architecture certification. Responsibilities include producing reports and implementation plans for business process reengineering.

Qualifications

• Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) preferred.
• Experience in capacity building and skills transfer.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess existing business processes.
• Develop an organization-wide current and To-be business process map.
• Produce a report with findings and recommendations.
• Create an implementation plan for BPR.

Education

Diploma in Business Analysis

Enterprise Architecture Certification (i.e TOGAF or Zachman or Certified Enterprise Architect)
