Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development, data, or product teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
• Create process maps, user stories, and wireframes to visualize workflows and system interactions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint reviews to ensure continuous alignment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or BPMN modelling software.
