Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at GPInfoTech, you will be at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations.

You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solutions—helping shape and deliver digital transformation projects that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders (internal and client-side) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work with the software development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment during design and build phases.
• Validate deliverables (e.g., wireframes, prototypes) against business objectives.
• Perform gap analyses between current systems and proposed solutions.
• liaise with the client to provide regular updates, present findings, and make recommendations.
• Support change-management activities (training, communication, rollout) to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years\' experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), ideally within a software development or IT consultancy environment.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for requirement tracking and collaboration.
• Proficiency in modeling business processes (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to interface professionally with clients and translate technical ideas into business-focused language.
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in cloud-based, AI, IoT, or microservices projects is a bonus.
