A leading HR services provider in Johannesburg seeks dynamic HR Interns and Junior HR Administrators for a twelve-month learnership. The program aims to equip learners with business administration skills and offers exposure to HR processes within a professional environment. Candidates should have at least a Grade 12 qualification, with a preference for those holding a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources. A stipend of R5,500.00 per month is offered.
Role Summary: We are looking for dynamic and client oriented HR Interns and Junior HR Administrators who would like to gain exposure within the HR environment.
A Learnership is a structured programme that combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, leading to a qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
The purpose of this learnership is to equip learners with a solid foundation in business administration principles and practices. Learners will develop the skills needed to function effectively as part of an administrative team, provide professional support to managers and colleagues and contribute to the successful planning, execution and coordination of business operations.
This learnership also offers an opportunity to specialise in Human Resources, providing exposure to HR processes and administrative functions within a professional environment.
The duration of the Learnership is twelve months.
