Job description

Business Administrator PMO

We are seeking a Business Administrator PMO with general IT knowledge and administration skills. Experience with SAP will be highly advantageous. This is a long-term fixed contract until December, with renewal possibilities, adopting a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for delivering assigned tasks within Business Management areas such as HR, Training, Finance, Marketing, or Project Management Office.
  2. Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with key decision-makers both internally and externally.
  3. Supports the Management team and Head of Business Management and Methodologies in various tasks, including management presentations and reports.
  4. Assists the Marketing and Communications Specialist in implementing the Communication and Marketing Plan and regularly updates content.
  5. Manages the direct link to the Project Standards Office, overseeing and supporting the implementation of ISO standards and ensuring compliance.
  6. Coordinates with the Department Head and management team by preparing, facilitating, and following up on tasks related to meetings, workshops, and events.
  7. Leads the Office Administrator Team.
  8. Assists the Chairperson of the Health & Safety Committee with administrative duties and oversees task completion, maintaining documentation.
  9. Manages department time and office equipment/materials, including purchase orders.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Confluence / Jira.
  • Experience with purchasing processes (SRM).
  • Knowledge of SAP Time Management.
  • General IT knowledge and administrative skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint requests and purchase order requisitions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of IT standards and procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately.
  • Good analytical skills and project administration experience.
  • Change management skills.
