Placements24 is seeking an experienced bulk liquid tanker driver for Nelspruit and surrounding Mpumalanga areas. You will operate specialized tanker vehicles, perform safety inspections, and ensure product integrity during loading/unloading.

The role requires a Code 14 license with tanker endorsements, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to navigate local road networks while maintaining accurate delivery records. Training and a stable, professional fleet are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid professional driver’s license (e.g., Code 14) with endorsements for tanker operations.
• Proven experience driving and operating bulk liquid tanker vehicles.
• Knowledge of safe handling procedures for various liquid products, including potentially hazardous materials.
• Familiarity with Nelspruit and Mpumalanga road networks.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized tanker vehicles for safe transport of bulk liquid products.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations, environmental protocols and company policies.
• Manage loading and unloading operations at various sites, ensuring product integrity.
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption and incidents.
• Plan and execute routes within Nelspruit and Mpumalanga region.
