Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience :

BEng (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the mechanical building services environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection design as per SANS standards, including firefighting equipment, smoke evacuation, stair pressurization, and fire sprinkler systems.

Proficiency in fire safety design software is a significant advantage (e.g., CFD modelling software).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
