Job summary

The Focus Group is seeking an experienced Building Manager to ensure operational performance and tenant satisfaction of office buildings in Sandton, Gauteng. This role requires overseeing maintenance, budget management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ideal candidates should hold a related diploma and have at least 3 years' experience in building management, with a strong knowledge of building systems and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building management or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of office buildings.
• Manage and control expenses against budget forecasts.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills

Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

Budget management and cost control

Education
