Overview

Building Foremen Required New Residential Development (Stellenbosch). Start Date: January 2026. Interviews shall commence in October through to end November. We are seeking experienced Building Foremen to join our client’s team for a large-scale residential development commencing in January 2026.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Building Foreman on residential or mixed-use projects
• Proven ability to manage on-site teams, subcontractors and day-to-day operations
• Strong technical and leadership skills with attention to quality and safety
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Valid drivers licence and own transport

Duties

• Overseeing site works, progress and quality control
• Coordinating materials, labour and subcontractors
• Ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met
• Reporting to the Site Agent / Project Manager
