15 Building Foreman required for new Shopping Centre in Stellenbosch

POSITION INFO :

15 Building Foreman urgently required to start November, December and January

• Senior Wet Trade Foreman x 3
• Senior Finishing Foreman x 3
• Wet Trade Foreman x 6
• Finishing Foreman x 6

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Building Foreman on Shopping Mall projects
• Proven ability to manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations
• Strong technical and leadership skills with attention to quality and safety
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport

Duties include :

• Overseeing site works, progress, and quality control
• Coordinating materials, labour, and subcontractors
• Ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met
• Reporting to the Site Agent / Project Manager
