Our workshop plays a key role in ensuring the high quality of our products, and we are looking for a skilled and organised Services Coordinator to support the smooth running of our operations abroad.

Our proposition is a comprehensive induction, training and development program that will launch one talented individual into a Luxury Jewellery Services Coordinator role. You will be based at our local South African Support Office and apply your learnings and deliver to our exceptional client and service standards.

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or workshop environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working with inventory management systems would be advantageous
  • Previous UK work experience would be highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify service requests from our UK boutiques.
  • Prepare quotations for service work from up to three UK-based jewellery workshops.
  • Maintain the relationship with the UK-based jewellery workshops ensuring optimum value for Browns.
  • Manage and track workshop service orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and workshop service timelines.
  • Assist in preparing reports on performance and workshop service output.
  • Handle client queries related to workshop services and ensure excellent communication.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to help maintain workflow.
